How can I help you?

I’m based in Tring, but I also cover surrounding areas. We can arrange your session at a time to suit you, at my venue in Tring, outdoors, in your own home or online. 


Your smyle_fit session will be created specifically to you, your needs, goals and ability. I'll be working with you to guide, support, motivate, challenge and provide that extra push to keep you on track to feeling good, whilst getting stronger and healthier inside and out.


It’s also about fun and enjoying moving our amazing bodies so you can expect your session to change whilst using a range of fitness equipment and methods (kettlebells, boxing, strength and bodyweight training, cardio, core, balance, and circuits) to keep you motivated and smiling.

  • £35 per hour/£17 half an hour 121 Personal Training

  • Train with a friend £50 per hour/£30 half an hour

  • Small group coaching (minimum of four people for six week period), rates dependent on numbers and sessions per week.

  • £60 - Six Week Home Workout Programme (includes consultation, your tailored phone app fitness program accessible at any time, one hour session to go through your home workout program and regular check ins). 

  • Online Sessions, 30 minute sessions, recorded or live from £10.
